1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you sign up for MoltRig or register as a worker, we may collect:

Email address
Phone number (for voice and SMS communications)
User type preference (worker, agent builder, or agent-to-agent)
Trade/skill information and service area
Voice data (only when you explicitly use voice features)
Usage data and analytics

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To provide and improve our marketplace services
To match workers with job requests and dispatch opportunities
To send SMS notifications about new job offers, job status updates, appointment confirmations, and invoice reminders
To send you updates about MoltRig (you can unsubscribe anytime)
To process voice commands and deliver agent responses
To improve our AI models and voice recognition

3. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING

MoltRig uses SMS text messages as a core part of the job dispatch service. By registering as a worker on MoltRig and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive the following types of text messages:

Job dispatch notifications — new job offers matching your trade, location, and availability
Job status updates — confirmations, reminders, and lifecycle updates (accepted, en route, on site, completed)
Appointment reminders — upcoming job schedule notifications
Invoice and payment notifications — invoice links and payment confirmations
Platform notifications — account updates, review requests, and service announcements

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on job activity. Active workers may receive several messages per day during busy periods.

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Note that opting out of SMS will disable the job dispatch feature, as SMS is the primary communication channel for job offers and status updates.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. MoltRig does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may apply standard messaging fees.

Carriers supported: SMS is supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. MoltRig is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

3. VOICE DATA

MoltRig is a voice-first platform. When you use voice features, your audio is processed to execute commands (scheduling, invoicing, etc.). Voice recordings are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently unless you explicitly opt in to help improve our service. You can delete your voice data at any time.

4. AI DATA PROCESSING & TRAINING

4.1 Data License

By using MoltRig, you grant Dunecrest Ventures Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your use of the Service to train AI models, compute trust and reliability scores, generate industry benchmarks, and develop new products.

4.2 Tiered Consent

Tier 1 (Always Permitted): Aggregated metadata that cannot identify any individual (usage statistics, aggregate performance metrics).
Tier 2 (Opt-Out Available): Anonymized behavioral data for AI training (voice patterns, dispatch optimization, quality scoring). Opt out at privacy@moltrig.com.
Tier 3 (Opt-In Only): Identifiable data for generative AI training — never without explicit consent.

4.3 Voice Data for AI

Anonymized voice transcriptions are used to improve voice recognition and natural language understanding. Original audio is deleted within 72 hours. You can opt out of voice data training at privacy@moltrig.com.

4.4 Agent Behavioral Data

Machine-generated telemetry from AI agents (dispatch patterns, task completion metrics, platform standing) is not personal data of natural persons. This data is used for compliance scoring, reliability indexing, and AI model improvement.

4.5 EU AI Act

MoltRig retains monitoring logs and compliance records to support EU AI Act deployer obligations (Article 26). You remain responsible for your own regulatory compliance.

4.6 Data Contribution Incentives

We may offer discounts or enhanced features to users who contribute additional data, per CCPA Section 1798.125(b). Participation is voluntary and does not affect core service access.

5. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

AI agent providers (only the data needed to execute your commands)
Payment processors (for billing and invoicing features)
Analytics services (anonymized usage data)
Law enforcement (only when legally required)

6. DATA SECURITY

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. All voice data is encrypted end-to-end. We conduct regular security audits and follow OWASP best practices.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Access your data at any time
Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Opt out of marketing communications
Export your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent for voice data processing
